SoldPassenger Vessel - Hanover | Built 1958 | 130 passengers
Description
The FGS Wappen von Hannover is a classic inland passenger vessel (day-excursion ship) built in 1958 by Schiffswerft Schmidt in Oberkassel on the Rhine. Approved for 130 passengers, the agile vessel operated in the Hanover region on the Weser and the Mittelland and branch canals. The fully welded hull has a continuous deck with an enclosed passenger area, the wheelhouse forward and the engine room aft. During the 2020 hull survey the hull and underwater body were overhauled and re-preserved, the stern propeller reconditioned and the shaft seal renewed. This passenger vessel has already been sold.
